About The Position

This role is for a Production Coordinator in a Bakery Plant, with various shifts available. The hourly rate is $23.56 plus a $0.5 shift differential. The position requires proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), assisting coworkers with equipment troubleshooting, ensuring team members are punctual for work and breaks, and providing coaching and team-building discussions. The role also involves resolving issues, being flexible to work where needed, assisting with line capability and loss studies, serving as an operator-trainer, ensuring accurate downtime reporting, and fostering cooperation between line personnel and maintenance.

Requirements

6 months of experience working in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment.
Proficiency in MS Office programs, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Become proficient in the use of MS Office programs, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
Assist co-workers with all equipment troubleshooting to keep equipment up and running.
Ensure team members are on-time to and from work, lunches, breaks, etc.
Provide coaching and discussions around team building.
Resolve correction of issues.
Be flexible and go where needed.
Assist in conducting line capability and/or loss studies for identified areas.
Serve as an operator-trainer.
Ensure accurate downtime reporting within LEDs.
Work closely with Line personnel and maintenance to create a bridge of understanding and cooperation.
