About The Position

Good Earth Tools is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented candidate to add to the Production Support team! This position will be responsible for providing critical administrative and logistical support to the production team. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations by coordinating various production tasks, maintaining accurate records in the ERP system, and facilitating communication between departments to optimize manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or similar administrative role is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are critical.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have the ability to work 40 hours a week as scheduled and maintain a punctual, reliable attendance record

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within an ERP system is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process production documentation, including work orders, reports, and inventory lists.
  • Assist with data entry as needed.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock of materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory issues.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist in coordinating production runs to meet demand and minimize downtime.
  • Facilitate effective communication to address production-related concerns and provide updates.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Operations Director or Fabrication Supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned
