About The Position

Successful and leading title insurance agency is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Attention to detail, great communication skills (verbal and written), great organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Candidates with experience and strong knowledge of Title Insurance are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for back up – policies
  • Responsible for Title invoices
  • Assist with title clearance
  • Support with orders, surveys, and scheduling closings
  • Liaison between horizon and national
  • Training on reading residential files
  • Responsible for reviewing and understanding title documents (Reader Sheets, Title Reports including all schedules and exhibits, deeds, mortgages)
  • Review title documentation to identify and resolve defects, liens, and encumbrances
  • Verify all documents for accuracy and check for corrections needed.
  • Process and coordinate multi-site and multi-state commercial and high-end residential title orders.
  • Review and edit the documents to comply with company formatting standards.
  • Work effectively with high volumes and frequent changes, all while meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to resolve title issues and provide updates.
  • Adhere to all default production procedures in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
  • Assist in backing up other team members when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
