About The Position

The Production Controller has the responsibility to manage the business performance of microelectronics capital projects correctly and properly to operate this business segment robustly. This role can help find issues on the project in advance and take countermeasures, control acceptance for suppliers, ensure revenue recognition, forecast revenue/profit, and grasp the actual results in a timely manner.

Requirements

Two-year technical degree or four-year degree in Engineering or Business
Two years project management experience in an industrial application
Expertise with project management software tools for scheduling and budgeting.
Basic knowledge of accounting and finance related to projects.
Strong organization and project management skills
Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks & priorities.

Responsibilities

Build and visualize project schedules using software tools based on proactively gathered production data.
Track project milestones, business performance, and capital project workflows to ensure alignment with goals.
Spot schedule delays, procurement roadblocks, and financial bottlenecks well in advance.
Report problems to management immediately and collaborate with project members to implement solutions.
Oversee capital project execution to meet scheduled timelines, scope, and target revenue/profits.
Establish monthly revenue, profit, and cash flow forecasts while proposing countermeasures for any variances.
Maintain a strong understanding of corporate accounting, finance principles, and revenue recognition guidelines.
Evaluate and approve supplier acceptances accurately and timely without causing payment delays.
Partner with Sales and Application Engineering (AE) to define terms, conditions, and delivery scopes.
Monitor the status of all project purchasing, contract conditions, and supplier payment terms.
Drive timely project closeouts based on completed progress and operational milestones.
Handle budgets, actuals, and system inputs (NAV) while efficiently utilizing administrative support.
