About The Position

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in planning, purchasing, production control, or expediting preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Excellent English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong clerical skills for managing documentation and workflows.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Skilled at managing sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to build effective working relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
  • Ability to use and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish as a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate work orders: Manage and prioritize work orders as they transition into production, ensuring timely and efficient workflow alignment with production schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels: Track and maintain inventory according to established manufacturing forecasts to meet production demands and prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Support production team: Perform general clerical tasks, including documentation and data entry, to support the production team and maintain organized records.
  • Assist as needed: Support additional tasks or assist other departments as required to facilitate smooth production operations.
