About The Position

In this role, your day is a balance of planning, problem-solving, and collaboration—supporting production stability while continuously improving how work gets done. Success means anticipating issues before they impact production, working closely with cross-functional partners, and helping the plant operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Take ownership of Production Control activities that support daily operations, including parts flow, production planning, and logistics coordination. Partner with manufacturing, logistics, and support teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain steady production. Apply standard work while identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and strengthen operational stability. Analyze data to understand trends, uncover root causes, and support informed decision-making. Contribute to short- and long-term planning efforts that support production goals and future business needs. Collaborate in a team-oriented environment where shared ownership and continuous learning drive results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree that provides a foundation in business, engineering, logistics, supply chain, or a related field, plus 3 or more years of relevant experience, or 5 or more years of relevant professional experience in the place of a degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience where you’ve supported manufacturing operations, production control, logistics, project planning, or similar work
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, coordinate across teams, and follow through on commitments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Clear communication skills that help you work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a Toyota Production System or Lean-based manufacturing environment
  • Additional years of experience that give you deeper insight into production planning or logistics coordination
  • Exposure to advanced planning, project-based work, or future state initiatives
  • Prior Toyota experience or completion of Toyota Business Practices (TBP)
