About The Position

Lead daily manufacturing operations while managing production schedules, inventory, and material flow to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time customer delivery.

Requirements

3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
Experience with production scheduling, materials, or inventory control preferred
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
ERP/MRP system experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations and team members.
Monitor production schedules and prioritize daily workload.
Ensure materials and inventory are available for uninterrupted production.
Track key performance indicators including safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.
Communicate production and inventory status to management and incoming shifts.
Ensure production schedules are met safely and efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability.
Lead production start-ups, changeovers, and shift activities.
Track production, quality, and delivery performance metrics.
Troubleshoot production and material flow issues.
Coach, train, and develop production employees.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Shipping, and Production teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Drive process improvements and waste reduction efforts.
