This position is for an established professional in Scheduling who works under general supervision, prepares production reports, compiles information, arranges for delivery and shipments, and liaises with suppliers. This position works onsite in Richardson, TX. Requirements

  • University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Responsibilities

  • Provides continuous updates to production team for product line status and often leads status meetings.
  • Perform SAP transactional activities daily to maintain and execute production builds.
  • Executes and maintains current ERP System.
  • Prepares and maintains production reports so that performance problems can be identified and resolved.
  • Liaises with suppliers to verify shipment details in order to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of shipment.
  • Organizes and arranges for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite the flow of materials and meet production schedules.
  • Compiles information and makes recommendations that impact production rates and progress, materials inventory, materials used, or customer information.
  • Plans, schedules and arranges for shipments and identifies material shortages to minimize disruptions to the operations schedule.
