About The Position
Dauphin Precision Tool, LLC is seeking a Production Control Clerk for its production facility in Millersburg, Pennsylvania. The position’s primary duties include replenishing finished-goods inventories through the ERP system, generating manufacturing job orders and accessing drawings, assembling job packets, maintaining reports and ERP data, and communicating with production control management about issues affecting delivery schedules. The role also ensures production control files, databases, and systems are maintained effectively. The hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Run planner benches (Material Planner Workbench Generation) in the ERP system to replenish finished-goods inventories.
- Generate manufacturing job orders and access the correct drawings.
- Assemble job packets.
- Update and maintain weekly activity reports.
- Run back-order queries.
- Update reorder points in the ERP system.
- Communicate daily with production control management about issues that impact delivery schedules.
- Maintain production control files, databases, and systems effectively.
