Production Clerk
About The Position
Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high-energy, positive, team-minded Production Clerk to support retail store operations and provide excellent customer service. Retail operations generate revenue for Goodwill programs and services and provide job opportunities. This mission-centric role helps fund employment programs for Kentuckians with disabilities or other challenges to entering the workforce. The Production Clerk accepts, sorts, grades, processes, and stocks donated used goods for sale; supports a positive shopping experience; performs basic store housekeeping; and follows company policies and procedures. The position pays $12.00 per hour and is full-time, scheduled for Shift E: 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., five 8-hour days. Store hours are Monday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Requirements
- No education is required.
- Ability to stock merchandise from receiving to shelving, including placing products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights.
- Regular ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
Nice To Haves
- One year of customer service and/or production experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accept, sort, grade, process, and stock used donated goods for sale.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Perform basic housekeeping to keep the store clean.
