Production Clerk
About The Position
Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high-energy, positive, team-minded Production Clerk to support retail store operations. The role helps generate revenue for community programs and services and supports Goodwill’s mission of empowering people to achieve dignity, independence, and self-sufficiency. The ideal candidate supports the organization’s values of Dignity, Service, Hope, and Partnership and focuses on excellent customer service. The position is full-time, pays $12.00 per hour, and follows Shift B: 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., five 8-hour days. Store hours are Monday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Requirements
- No education is required.
- Ability to stock merchandise from receiving areas to shelves and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelving at various heights.
- Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
Nice To Haves
- One year of customer service and/or production experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accept, sort, grade, and process used donated goods.
- Stock shelves and sell used donated goods.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Perform basic housekeeping to keep the store clean.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
