Requirements
- Working towards completion of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the COP sanitation and cleaning process of all tanks, lines, belts, and mixers.
- Disassemble production equipment to begin the sanitation process and re-assemble when the sanitation process is completed.
- Complete all documentation associated with the sanitation process and allergen swab testing.
- Complete all inspections of production equipment to ensure production lines operate at optimal efficiency and effectiveness levels.
- Operate powered industrial equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack to move chemical drums into position for the sanitation process.
- Responsible for maintaining commitment to all Weis Markets, food safety, OSHA, SOP, and GMPs, and PDA policies and regulations.
