About The Position

We are looking for a Production Baker at Cellar Hand who will be responsible for the preparation and execution of daily baked goods production. This role focuses on consistency, efficiency, and quality, ensuring all items are prepared according to established recipes and standards while maintaining an organized and clean work environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of baking experience in a professional kitchen preferred
  • Strong understanding of basic baking techniques and kitchen operations
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
  • Ability to work mornings, weekends, holidays, evenings, and adapt to a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily bakery production, including prepping, mixing, baking, and finishing products
  • Follow established recipes and processes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain high standards for product appearance, taste, and freshness
  • Assist with prepping ingredients and organizing production for the day
  • Communicate inventory needs and assist with stock organization
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace at all times
  • Support efficiency in production to meet daily volume needs while minimizing waste
  • Assist with prep for seasonal or new menu items as directed by leadership
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
