About The Position

We are seeking a Baker Mixer to join our energetic team, offering opportunities for career growth and development. Our consumer brands include two-bite® brand, two bite-brownies®, Kimberley's Bakeshoppe™, Mason St. Bakehouse™, and The Worthy Crumb Pastry Co™. This role operates under the general supervision of the Line Leader or Production Supervisor. The primary responsibility is to mix raw materials to create finished products according to batch recipes. The Baker Mixer will ensure equipment is operated within process specifications and that high-quality products are consistently produced.

Requirements

Completion of high school education or equivalent
1-3 years of manufacturing experience
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

Food manufacturing experience is an asset

Responsibilities

Obtains and reviews all documentation for making batches
Stages and prepares ingredients for blends and mixes as needed for production according to batch sheets and formulas
Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment including cleaning and inspection
Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety
Regularly monitor that the product confirms to quality and safety specifications
Strictly follows recipes to make product batches and feed production lines
Accurately enters mix records onto computer in a timely manner
Participate in changeovers and clean-up or sanitation of equipment
