We’re looking for detail orientated Production Bakers dedicated to crafting exceptional baked goods using the finest ingredients and traditional techniques. Production Bakers are responsible for producing a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and more. This position requires a high level of skill, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining our bakery's standards of excellence.

Requirements

18+ years of age
Able to move 50lbs+/-
Able to spend time bending/stooping
Maintain professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items according to established recipes and procedures, ensuring that they meet our quality and consistency standards.
Measure and prepare ingredients accurately, weighing, mixing, and shaping dough as required for different products.
Monitor the quality of products during the baking process, making necessary adjustments to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
Adhere to production schedules to ensure that bakery items are available for sale as per demand and minimize waste.
Work closely with the pastry chef, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate production needs, share insights, and contribute to menu development.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper sanitation and food safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic baking environment.
