About The Position

We are excited to invite Production Auditors to join our dynamic team here at CPI Card Group! This is a temp-to-hire position with potential for full-time employment offer after 75 days of work. Employees who transition to permanent positions, following their probationary period, will become eligible for benefits starting on the first of day of the month after their start date. The current overtime schedule is Friday-Sunday 4:00am-4:00pm. The hourly rate is $19.40 with a $3.88 shift differential, totaling $23.28 per hour. As a Production Auditor, you will be performing audits of our manufacturing process and managing stock issuance under the guidance of the Security Supervisor. This ensures the efficient production and timely delivery of high-quality plastic secured cards that meet customer specifications and align with the company’s quality standards.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Min 1 year experience in inventory and auditing
• Strong math skills for audits, inventory count and calculations
• Attention to detail and decision-making abilities for quality assessments
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration
• Certification in forklift and hand truck operation
• Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and prioritize safety.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality and willingness to take on additional tasks
• Elementary English proficiency communications skills necessary
• 90-day work assignment, which includes a 30-day attendance required period for training purposes.
• Overtime work is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct production audits to ensure accurate product tracking and verify compliance with manufacturing process standards
• Oversee the distribution of secured materials for digital imaging, press and finishing operations in line with security protocols
• Address and resolve any discrepancies found during audits, adhering to program guidelines.
• Supervise the final destruction and shredding of waste cards, ensuring all cards are accounted for during the audit process
