About The Position

As a Production Associate at Marvin, you will be trained in every aspect of the role and assemble windows and other products in a clean, brightly lit, climate-controlled facility. The job involves moving throughout the day and may include using tools and automated equipment to drill, measure, cut, or saw parts. Associates read visual and written instructions on a computer screen, retrieve parts, deliver them to production lines, and work with a supervisor to resolve mechanical or material issues. Employees may cross-train in multiple departments. All shifts require mandatory overtime. Available schedules are Monday through Thursday, day shift from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at $18.50 per hour; Monday through Thursday, evening shift from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. at $21.50 per hour; or Friday through Sunday, weekend shift from 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at $22.50 per hour. Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply, and Marvin offers resources for people learning English as a second language.

Requirements

Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to communicate clearly in English, orally and in writing, to perform job functions and work with the team.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
