About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Builder/Material Handler to support the Rental Division. The role involves accurately locating, counting, sorting, and preparing or building customer orders, then staging, organizing, or loading products into storage bins or containers for placement on a company truck. Production Associates maintain a clean work area and are expected to meet or exceed standards for work quantity and quality.

The position requires standing for most of the shift and performing repetitive physical motions, including stretching, bending, turning, reaching, lifting, and moving materials. Employees work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures and must be willing to work in safe proximity to others for extended periods. The selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen.

Requirements
