About The Position

Production Associates operate basic flexographic and die-cutting processes to produce customized blank label and sticker solutions. The role involves operating a flexographic press to produce blank sheet and roll labels and working in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment. The scheduled shift is Monday through Thursday, 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; the training shift will be determined at the time of offer. Starting pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Ability to walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, with or without assistance.
• Close and distance vision, and ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.
• The position is subject to a background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flexographic press to produce high-quality blank sheet and roll labels.
• Double-check copy for accuracy of margins and die-cut depths.
• Review work order notes and identify priority work orders to support timely production.
• Inspect and clean press parts regularly and report repair or maintenance needs.
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
