About The Position
TWB Company is hiring Production Associates in Valley City, Ohio, to operate equipment and support production of steel products used in vehicles. The role includes packaging and staging materials, performing quality inspections, and working safely as part of a team. Training is provided; manufacturing experience is not required if applicants have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn. The position is based in a clean, modern, high-tech manufacturing environment. The schedule is a 12-hour continental schedule, working 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Employees work 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next, with built-in weekdays off throughout the month. Starting pay is $20 per hour plus a $0.55-per-hour shift differential. TWB is a joint venture of Worthington Steel and BAO Steel Company. It has manufactured tailor-welded products in North America for over 30 years, supporting just-in-time production and services for the automotive industry.
