About The Position

As leaders in the manufacturing of Insulated Windows and Doors, we are seeking Positive and Productive Full-Time Associates. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, order selection, machine product loading and unloading, material slotting, assembly, inspection, CNC programming/operation, stacking, and sequencing. The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail and quality, and reliability. Associates will be exposed to moderate manufacturing noise and must be able to stand continuously for an 8-hour shift plus overtime. Certain positions require the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push or pull 75+ lbs. Assembly and inspection roles require specific vision abilities including close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED and six to 12 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to understand work orders, follow procedures, and stay on task.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push or pull 75+ lbs (for certain positions).
Specific vision abilities including close vision and the ability to adjust focus (for assembly and inspection positions).
Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour shift + OT.
