Production Associate / Cutting and Batch Department- 1st Shift
About The Position
INTIGRAL is a leader in the manufacturing of Insulated Windows and Doors and is seeking positive and productive full-time associates for its Cutting and Batch Department on the 1st shift (6 am to 2:30 pm). The company supplies just-in-time, mass-customized insulating glass units (IGU), monolithic glass products, and Blinds Between the glass to window and door manufacturers from the Midwest States to the Mid-Atlantic. This role is for individuals who are experienced or eager to learn how to operate manufacturing equipment, possess a strong work ethic, pay attention to detail and quality, and are reliable, task, quality, and safety-oriented.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED and six to 12 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to understand work orders, follow procedures, and stay on task.
- Certain positions require you to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push or pull 75+ lbs.
- Positions in assembly and inspection require specific vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Continuously exposed to moderate manufacturing noise.
- Stand continuously for an 8-hour shift + OT.
