Batch Operator (2nd shift)
About The Position
Franklin International is seeking a Batch Operator for the 2nd shift. This role involves safely operating and controlling systems for weighing, metering, and mixing raw materials to produce consistent batches according to batch sheets and quality standards, ensuring customer requirements are met. Franklin International is a privately held manufacturer of adhesives and sealants, known for its global distribution and the Titebond brand. Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- 18 years of age or older
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
- Must be able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Union membership required after 30 days of employment

- Chemical processing experience is strongly preferred
