Production Associate 3 Day Shift
About The Position
The Production Associate fabricates and produces component parts for the final assembly of windows. The work is performed in a fast-paced, physically demanding, repetitive manufacturing environment and may involve heavy lifting and hands-on tasks across a variety of departments. The schedule listed is 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the day shift. The role includes mass-producing windows, doors, and glass units; supporting delivery, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows; and performing workstation functions with hand or power tools and other equipment. Associates follow verbal and written instructions, read work orders and schedules, use tape measures and make fraction and decimal conversions, and inspect products for defects. The role may also include providing on-the-job training to new employees.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist.

Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
- Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
- Perform workstation functions using hand tools, power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
- Understand and carry out verbal instructions and read and carry out simple written instructions.
- Read work orders, labels, and schedules.
- Use a tape measure and inspect, examine, and observe products for defects.
- Make fraction and decimal conversions.
- Operate equipment needed to perform the job.
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
