About The Position
The Production Associate fabricates and produces component parts for the final assembly of windows. The role involves repetitive workstation operations in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and may include heavy lifting and hands-on work across a variety of departments. Associates may support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows. The position is permanent, with the listed assignment on 1st shift.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist.

- Experience reading a tape measure.
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
- Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
- Perform workstation functions using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
- Understand and carry out verbal instructions.
- Read and carry out simple written instructions.
- Read work orders, labels, and schedules.
- Use a tape measure; inspect, examine, and observe products for defects.
- Make fraction and decimal conversions.
- Operate equipment needed to perform the job.
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
