About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Console Operator to support the Rental Division. The Console Operator directs the flow of garments through an automated sorting system using a computer. The role involves coordinating with the shift supervisor and other production areas regarding garments received from washing, coordinating with partners who hang garments, and coordinating with partners who receive sorted garments for route preparation. The goal is to maintain efficiency across the overall system. Production Associates are expected to meet or exceed standards for work quantity and quality.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be willing to learn to use a computer or console to complete work activities.
