Ditsch USA is seeking a Production Associate for their 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. This hands-on role involves supporting production by packaging products, moving materials, and ensuring operations run safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
• Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Support equipment checks and report any issues.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
