Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic instructions
  • Basic math skills, including ability to work with fractions and decimals
  • Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
  • Basic problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to workplace safety protocols

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with tape measure reading preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
  • Perform assembly and fabrication tasks using various hand tools and power equipment
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the production process
  • Follow production schedules and work orders to meet daily targets
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
  • Support material handling operations including loading, unloading, and proper storage
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow
  • Monitor product quality and report any defects or irregularities
  • Assist in basic equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives to support various workstations
