About The Position
This is a full-time, hourly position for a 2nd Shift Production Associate. The role involves running and maintaining large machines, following safety procedures, reading factory orders, performing quality inspections, and maintaining factory housekeeping. While the primary shift is 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), employees must be available for all three shifts for overtime coverage and may be required to work Saturdays. Initial training will be on 1st shift.
Requirements
- Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime hours
- Ability to work overtime as needed

- Basic shop math skills
- Ability to accurately read tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
Responsibilities
- Follow safety policies and procedures

- Consistent quality and count inspection of a product
- Ability to practice great factory housekeeping
- Ability to work overtime as needed
