What You’ll Do As a Production Associate, you’ll support daily manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring consistent quality and performance. You’ll play a key role in maintaining efficient production while working in a cleanroom environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret work instructions and documents
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Basic mechanical skills
- Experience working with production equipment or continuous process lines
- Ability to rotate between workstations, machines, and shifts as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively in conversational English
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor continuous production lines to meet safety, quality, and performance goals
- Conduct in-process and finished product testing
- Follow standard work instructions, product specifications, and operating parameters
- Maintain accurate production logs and update system data
- Use SPC data to make process adjustments and maintain efficiency
- Perform basic line maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace in accordance with cleanroom protocols
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental requirements
- Analyze and resolve production issues
- Share process information and collaborate with team members
- Hold yourself and peers accountable to company standards and procedures
- Comply with Quality System Procedures (QSPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and related documentation
- Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality
