About The Position

Join the Production team at 7007 N 97th Circle supporting high-volume plastic production to deliver secure, accurate materials for our clients. You will receive training on our world-class plastic production equipment; you will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot machines to produce accurate work on schedule.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a fast paced production environment or equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience.
1+ year of experience in a fast-paced production or print/mail environment.
1+ year of experience operating production machinery and performing routine maintenance.
Experience with warehouse staging and inventory systems (e.g., handheld barcode scanners, basic WMS).
Completed safety training such as OSHA-10 or equivalent and demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of plastic production machines
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production machines to meet quality and throughput requirements.
Adapt and multitask as production volume and priorities change without advanced notice.
Conduct quality checks to verify that printed materials match job orders and sampling standards.
Stage materials after job runs for warehouse pickup and coordinate with material handlers.
Cross-train to learn the operation of other production equipment and support multiple production departments.
