About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Production Associate in Logan, Utah. The role involves operating and maintaining machinery and production-line equipment, assembling goods, monitoring production, conducting basic quality checks, and storing goods and raw materials in the warehouse. The position offers weekly pay of $16.00 per hour, with direct deposit and debit card payment options.

The schedule is swing shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

Requirements

• GED or high school diploma.
• Able to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical dexterity.
• Available for shift work.

Nice To Haves

• Production Associate experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.

Responsibilities
