About The Position

Specialty Building Products is seeking a Production Associate to prepare doors for assembly and assemble door units on the singles line. The role requires reading work orders, making repairs or adjustments to meet quality standards, and completing product quality labels. The associate is expected to work safely, maintain an organized work area, and meet team production-efficiency standards without compromising quality. Starting pay is $19.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience. This is a full-time role with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doors for assembly.
• Assemble door units on the singles line.
• Read work orders to assure accuracy of assembly.
• Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality.
• Complete the quality product label.
• Conduct all activities safely and adhere to company safety standards.
• Meet the company's quality standards.
