Production Associate
About The Position
WillowWood Global manufactures prosthetic products that support mobility, independence, and confidence. Production Associates perform hands-on manufacturing work in a clean, safe, temperature-controlled facility. The role includes operating production equipment and using hand tools, inspecting products, following work instructions and safety procedures, recording production information, maintaining an organized work area, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily production goals. On-the-job training, cross-training, and career development opportunities are available. The position is on first shift, Monday through Friday, ending by 3:30 PM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality, with a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
