About The Position

Seal & Design, Inc. is a family-owned company founded in Clarence, NY, with three divisions across the U.S. and Canada. Requirements

At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
High school diploma.
Proficiency working in a computer-supported environment with business software.
Basic math and language skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team atmosphere to deliver results.

Responsibilities

Fabricate orders according to job specifications while focusing on process improvement, quality, and productivity and efficiency standards.
Operate machinery safely according to company policies.
Perform secondary inspection and advise the supervisor of quality shortfalls; temporarily suspend sorting until the issue is resolved.
Cross-train and assist in other departments as required.
