Production Associate-Russ Box
About The Position
The Production Associate position is a full-time hourly role on either the 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. M-F) or 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Sun-Thurs). Candidates must be available and willing to work either shift. The role involves counting and stacking finished product, reading factory orders, accurately reading gauges and other test equipment, utilizing basic shop math, inspecting, and accurately completing quality and administrative documents. Additionally, the position includes clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap.
