About The Position
This is a full-time Production Associate position for the 2nd shift, which runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Employees will begin on 1st shift for training. The role requires availability for overtime and Saturdays as needed. The pay rate starts at $22.85 per hour, with potential to increase to $23.87 to $28.95 per hour after successful completion of training, depending on the job performed.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner
- Reading factory orders
- Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
- Consistent quality and count inspection of a product
- Ability to practice great factory housekeeping
- Ability to work overtime as needed
