About The Position
This is a full-time, hourly position for a Production Associate on the 2nd shift. The role involves operating and maintaining large machinery, reading factory orders, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean work environment. Training will be provided on the 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift. Overtime and Saturday work may be required.
Requirements
- Must be available to cover overtime hours
- Must be available to work Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner
- Reading factory orders
- Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
- Consistent quality and count inspection of a product
- Ability to practice great factory housekeeping
- Ability to work overtime as needed
