About The Position

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Production Associate to support manufacturing operations at its Tolleson, Arizona site. The role includes manual material handling, packaging and stacking materials, assisting machine operators, and using basic powered hand tools. Associates are expected to work safely, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with their team. The position is listed for second shift, scheduled from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with an additional $1.00-per-hour shift differential. Shifts may run 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on daily work orders and the season, and overtime may be available. The work involves a hot environment and continual lifting of up to 50 pounds above shoulder height and below the waist.

Requirements

At least one year of related work experience in manufacturing or a comparable work environment.
General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments.
Ability to work in a hot environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually, above shoulder height and below the waist.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
