About The Position
AmeriLux is hiring a Production Associate to assist with manufacturing and assembly while meeting production needs, company quality standards, and timelines. The role operates and maintains production machinery and performs material quality checks. Schedules of 10-hour or 12-hour shifts are available; team members choosing a 12-hour shift receive an additional $2.00 per hour premium.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs.
- Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed.
- Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products while adhering to company standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with the team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
