Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills
- Working with hand and power tools
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Previous experience working on truck bodies
- Construction experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, work orders, specifications, and safety requirements with accuracy.
- Cut wood and metal to precise specifications using saws, shears, and other equipment.
- Build and fasten components using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other hardware.
- Safely and efficiently operate pneumatic and hand tools.
- Set up equipment and perform preventive maintenance to keep production moving.
- Inspect finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Complete required safety and quality checks to maintain a reliable work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and help create a safe workplace for everyone.
