About The Position

INTIGRAL supplies just-in-time, mass-customized insulating glass units (IGU), monolithic glass products, and Blinds Between the glass to window and door manufacturers from the Midwest States to the Mid-Atlantic. The company is seeking multiple positive and productive full-time associates for manufacturing insulating windows and doors. The position is on the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Associates may work independently or as part of a team on tasks including order selection, machine product loading and unloading, material slotting, assembly, inspection, CNC programming and operation, stacking, sequencing, cutting, and tempering. Some positions involve specific lifting and vision requirements. The work involves continuous standing during an eight-hour shift, plus overtime, and continuous exposure to moderate manufacturing noise.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, and six to twelve months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to understand work orders, follow procedures, and stay on task.
Dependability, a strong work ethic, attention to detail and quality, task orientation, safety orientation, and ability to work as a team player.
Certain positions require frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and pushing or pulling 75 pounds or more.
Assembly and inspection positions require close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Ability to stand continuously for an eight-hour shift plus overtime.
Ability to work with continuous exposure to moderate manufacturing noise.
