We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate 1 to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the overall manufacturing process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power equipment
  • Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to work with fractions and decimals
  • Experience with tape measure reading and precise measurements
  • Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to workplace safety
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and perform assembly operations according to established procedures
  • Fabricate and produce component parts for final product assembly
  • Handle materials, including loading, unloading, and proper storage
  • Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform quality checks and inspect products for defects
  • Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and basic technical drawings
  • Make accurate measurements using precision tools
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
