About The Position

Eagle Metalcraft is hiring three dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates – General Helpers to support its powder coating and shipping operations. These full-time, first-shift roles run Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. Associates prepare parts for coating by applying masking materials, then help package and ship finished products. No previous powder coating experience is required; training is provided. The work involves following instructions and work orders, inspecting parts, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and helping the team meet daily production goals. The position offers year-round work and an opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Apply tape, plugs, and caps to protect specific areas of parts before coating.
• Follow work orders, drawings, and instructions carefully.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects before coating.
• Remove masking materials after coating.
• Package finished parts to prevent damage during transit, using materials such as foam, wrap, boxes, and pallets.
• Label and prepare orders for shipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
• Perform final inspections before packaging and basic quality checks on finished parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals.
