About The Position

Eagle Metalcraft is hiring three dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates – General Helpers for full-time, first-shift work supporting powder coating and shipping operations. The role involves preparing parts, applying and removing masking materials, inspecting parts, and packaging finished products for shipment. No previous powder coating experience is required; training is provided. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Apply tape, plugs, and caps to protect specific areas of parts before coating.
Follow work orders, drawings, and instructions carefully.
Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects before coating.
Remove masking materials after coating.
Package finished parts to prevent damage during transit, using materials such as foam, wrap, boxes, and pallets.
Label and prepare orders for shipment.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
Perform final inspections before packaging and basic quality checks on finished parts.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Work with the team to meet daily production goals.
