About The Position

Operates machines and production equipment independently in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others. We are looking for a talented Production Associate to join our team in (Henderson, CO). We offer competitive pay and benefits! This role will make an impact in the following ways: Operate equipment to manufacture and assemble products to required specifications. Perform quality inspections and follow standard work, SPC, and process documentation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including routine housekeeping and equipment care. Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, including proper PPE use. Achieve production goals and work to defined cycle times and engineering standards. Support team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with training and development.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
  • Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Experience working safely in a production environment and following HSE guidelines
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills across multiple functions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience

Responsibilities

  • Operate equipment to manufacture and assemble products to required specifications
  • Perform quality inspections and follow standard work, SPC, and process documentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including routine housekeeping and equipment care
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, including proper PPE use
  • Achieve production goals and work to defined cycle times and engineering standards
  • Support team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with training and development
  • 50% administrative side and 50% on the shop floor side
  • Using PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft word, SharePoint, and some other computer-based software
  • Some supervision duties with accountability conversations, setting expectations, managing schedules, and conflict resolution
  • Advocate for the other production associates on the floor
  • Critical thinking, collaboration with other departments, problem solving, strong communication skills, some technical background, and tenacity to drive the work forward no matter the obstacle
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and hold the team accountable for the same policies while also mentoring a culture of interdependency
