Operates machines and production equipment independently in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others. Will make an impact in the following ways: Assemble High Horsepower (HHP) engines from long block status to complete running engines. Utilize hand tools, precision measuring devices, torque tools, cranes, and engine-specific tooling throughout the build process. Operate manufacturing equipment and meet production, quality, and safety standards. Perform quality inspections and accurately document the build process using required paperwork. Support continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, and manufacturing processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist in identifying equipment requiring repair. Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
