About The Position

This role involves completing various tasks to meet production schedules in a paint production environment. Responsibilities can include masking/demasking, loading/unloading, caulking, pre-inspection, and operating blow-off or shot blast equipment. While prior industrial painting experience is not required, candidates must follow all safety procedures and will be provided with necessary personal protective equipment. Additional training may be provided for qualified candidates to operate forklifts.

Requirements

• Prior work experience
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to perform repetitive operations
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Forklifts
• Experience in masking/demasking, loading/unloading, shot blasting, etc.
• Experience in equipment paint processing
• Experience in top coat, prime coat and electrostatic paint
• Ability to read blueprints / engineering drawings
