This position works closely with internal departments to ensure painted parts are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

High School Diploma with 3+ years relevant work experience.
Must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Willingness to go above and beyond for the customer to ensure a premium experience.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of Hillphoenix products and parts.
Experience with AS400 is a plus
Experience with Salesforce or other Ticketing System

Responsibilities

Ensures parts are staged according to production schedule.
Communicates priorities to the loader and unloaders and hook repairs to the line lead
Confirms that shortages, service parts, and ends are being hung with appropriate colors
Makes sure that parts are being inspecting parts and that issues are being communicated to line lead
Trains new operators and fills in for operators when needed
Certifies all parts are scanned up and down
Other duties as assigned
