Production Associate-Material Handler

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Load, unload, and transport materials and products to and from production areas, warehouses, or storage locations using pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Ensure the timely and accurate movement of materials and products throughout the facility.
- Safely stack, organize, and store materials in designated areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in keeping the warehouse and production areas clean and organized.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are readily available to meet production schedules.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on material handling equipment.
- Operates, sets up, and maintains industrial equipment and software to design, print, and apply labels to products, packages, or pallets.
- Inspect finished labels for spelling, clarity, lot numbers, production/expiration dates, and proper adhesion to packaging.
- Monitor supplies (labels, ribbons, glue, ink), reorder as needed
- Perform routine cleaning, minor mechanical adjustments, and preventative maintenance on machines, escalating complex issues to maintenance or IT teams
